I wanted to play the sounds from my ps3 and xbox 360 and also music from my laptop and computer so i sereached around and came across this. with the price and a nice looking piece of kit i went for it. the order arraived and it was easy to set until yu came across a little problem where logitech dont give you a phono cable so i had to go out and buy which was a pain trying to get a hold of it. then we come to the volume control, it is on one of the speakers which is really annoying as it is attached to long scumpsy wires and you cant hang it up for the obvious reason and the bass control is stupidly on the bass so you have to reaction down everytime your naughbor knocks on the wall. but the sound is fantastic and the bass sounds superb. so the sound levels out the little stupid things so i rated this a 3.

I bought these to replace my old Logitech Z10s, which mysteriously stopped working.
After setting up the OS to output 5.1 surround they sound great - nice, clear sound, and the sub is quite powerful too.
I'd definitely recommend buying these to anyone who is looking for low cost, good quality speakers.

Just bought these speakers and having some difficulty with them.
1. i can only get two of them working, there all plugged in but only two work.
2. i cant see a socket for my tv (hd samsung 32')
and i also cant hook them up to my ps3 as i run it through a hdmi cable.
any help!!

AWful fuzzy sound, poor quality, disgrace that it can even be sold.
Very poor higly dissapointing. Only 1 speaker works and the bass is
okay. DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!!!!!

You should be aware that you can hear surround sound only if you have the appropriate sound card in your laptop, for example. ie. with an iPod you will not hear 'surround sound', and to hear music from all 5 speakers (as apposed to two only) you will also need to buy and adapter cable (which is actually quite expensive - around 15 pounds).
So if you don't have the appropriate sound card, the speaker system with just 2 speakers might be the better (and cheaper option). So without surround sound this system is basically the same as the two speaker system except that sound is coming out of 5 speakers.
