Well what can I say that hasnt been said a hundred times befor about these speakers?
+ Kitting this baby up is easy and surprisingly quick
+ The remote console thing is pretty dominant on my desk, but looks cool and expensive so I dont mind :P
+ Subwoofer is just epic. About 17inches high, 28inches in lengh and about 21inches wide, kinda hard to find a place to put it if you use these for a bedroom setup (like mine) - Ive put mine under my desk, only place in my room thats 60cm away from anything lol..
+ Remote is really useful and signal is good too, I can actually mute it from downstairs - never done that in my house before!
Only problem I have found, and its a big one, is that I have to re-watch ALL of my tv that I have on my computer because its all just been transformed from people talking and a few songs to, well.. I dont know. I have no words... My TV/film experience is now 1000x better.
I looked for a long time (over a year) for speakers on the net at around the same price and as good quality. Couldnt find anything that compares to these.
Brilliant speakers. Easily worth the money.
If you are thinking about getting them, do it, NOW!!

This is the best digital speaker system that money can buy for pc systems and consoles. It amazingly has THX certification which means you can be assured
that these speakers have been pushed to the limits whereas testing is concerned!.
Also they make a great home cinema setup as the power output of these match most of the speakers out there.
I use them for pc gaming with a high end sound card which has to be heard to be believed, with Dolby Digital and DTS decoding built in to the main unit
they will decode most digital formats.
Add that to Amazon's great price with free deliverly and you have yourself a winner.

I upgraded from the Logitech Z2300 and my first impression was how heavy the box was!! It's seriously meaty in size and weight. The subwoofer is nearly twice the size of the Z2300, nearly the same height as my pc tower. Anyway obviously the bass is huge and it's loud as hell but very directional as with all logitech speakers. I have put them all on the ceiling which does help but seem to be a few dead spots still. I bought an optical cable for my sky+HD and that sounds great as well as listening to .flac files on my pc which is a lot better than mp3 so, to sum up, if you have a good quality source, this system is spot on but be prepared to have words with your neighbours!!
Loud, good value, bigger than expected. 4/5.

I must say that they are better than several home theatre systems. Some of them had more options for sound but quality was muched only by most expensive ones. I like 2xStereo option, which duplicates stereo sound from rear speakers, making marvleous effect while I move around the room.

Not much to say really apart from the fact that they are amazing! the sub is pretty big, same height as a pc tower, and double the width, but it's a bass beast! I have a very annoying flatmate, in the room next to me and he uses a logitech x-530 5.1, this penetrates his wall on full volume and makes his music unhearable in his own room :) I'd recommend purchasing this to anyone who loves music and movies, or anyone who has an annoying flatmate xD
